# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 18: National Health Service (Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 2000


In regulation 3 of the National Health Service (Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 2000 (members of the Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme)—
(a) omit the “and” immediately following paragraph (d); and
(b) after paragraph (e) insert—
“; and
(f) Healthcare Improvement Scotland”.
