# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 19: Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Order 2000


In article 2(2)(a) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation) Order 2000 (interpretation), after “Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010” insert—
“or, as the case may be, under the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978”.
