# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 22: NHS Education for Scotland Order 2002


In article 4(4) of the NHS Education for Scotland Order 2002 (functions of NHS Education for Scotland)—
(a) omit the “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (c); and
(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“; or
(e) Healthcare Improvement Scotland”.
