# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 23: National Waiting Times Centre Board (Scotland) Order 2002


In article 4(4) of the National Waiting Times Centre Board (Scotland) Order 2002 (functions of the National Waiting Times Centre Board)—
(a) omit the “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (c);
(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“; or
(e) Healthcare Improvement Scotland”.
