# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 31: National Health Service Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2008


In regulation 1(1) of Part 2A of the National Health Service Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “employing authority”—
(a) after “Special Health Board” insert “, Healthcare Improvement Scotland”; and
(b) for “and 10” substitute “, 10 and 10A”.
