  "text": "In the National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Scotland) Order 2008—\n(a) in article 1(2) (interpretation), after the definition of “Health Board”, insert ““HIS” means Healthcare Improvement Scotland established by section 10A of the Act;”; and\n(b) in article 2 (functions of the agency) paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (f), (i) and (k), immediately before “Health” the first time it occurs, insert “HIS,”.",
