  "text": "In the Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children (International Obligations) (Scotland) Regulations 2010—\n(a) in regulation 9(2) (information sharing)—\n(i) omit the “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (a);\n(ii) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—\n“, or\n(c) (in respect of the exercise of its health service functions only) Healthcare Improvement Scotland (established by section 10A of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978)”; and\n(b) in regulation 10(2) (requests for information under Council Regulation (EC) No. 2201/2003)—\n(i) omit the “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (c);\n(ii) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—\n“, or\n(e) (in respect of the exercise of its health service functions only) Healthcare Improvement Scotland (established by section 10A of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978)”.",
