In paragraph (e) of the definition of “health care professional” in regulation 1(2) of the Healthcare Improvement Scotland (Requirements as to Independent Health Care Services) Regulations 2011 (citation, commencement and interpretation), for “Nurses and Midwives” substitute “Nursing and Midwifery”.
