# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 6: Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 5)


In section 22(1) of the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002 (interpretation), in the definition of “NHS body”—
(a) omit the “or” immediately following paragraph (c); and
(b) after paragraph (d) insert—
“or
(e) Healthcare Improvement Scotland, established by section 10A(1) of that Act;”.
