# The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 Modification Order 2013, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 Modification Order 2013.
(2) This Order comes into force on the same day as section 7 (holding of children’s hearing) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011.
