  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 25(3)(b)(i) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nChildren And Young Persons\nMade 2013\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(2) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 25(3)(a) of that Act, they have consulted Children’s Hearings Scotland.\nIn accordance with section 25(3)(b)(ii) of that Act, they have laid before the Scottish Parliament an explanatory document.\nIn accordance with section 25(3)(b)(i) and (c) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
