# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Regulation 44: Provisions of these Regulations which are not arbitrable


The following provisions are specified for the purposes of section 48(3) of SBEEA 2015—
(a) regulation 41(1)(b), (3) and (5);
(b) regulation 42;
(c) regulation 43.
