Regulation 52 Extended protection to last until the end of a tenancy
Where a tenancy to which Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 applies is renewed under the provisions of that Part, the tenancy ends, for the purposes of section 69(5)(a) of SBEEA 2015—
(a)
on the date on which the tenancy is renewed under Part 2; or
(b)
if earlier, on the date on which the tenancy was due to expire before it was renewed.
