# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016;
(b) come into force on the day after the day on which they are made; and
(c) extend to England and Wales.
