Regulation 52 Extended protection to last until the end of a tenancy

Where a protected 1954 Act tenancy is renewed, the tenancy ends, for the purposes of section 69(5)(a) of SBEEA 2015—

(a)

on the date on which the tenancy is renewed; or

(b)

if earlier, on the date on which the tenancy was due to expire before it was renewed.
