# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 12: Maintenance and repair


The respective obligations of the pub-owning business and the tied pub tenant under the tenancy or licence or pursuant to any other document, such as a code of practice, in relation to repairing and maintaining the premises to which the tenancy or licence relates.
