# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 13: Maintenance and repair


The pub-owning business’s procedures for discharging its obligations to repair and maintain the premises under the tenancy or licence, including the procedure by which a tied pub tenant can raise concerns about the discharge of those obligations.
