# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 14: Maintenance and repair


Where the tenancy or licence requires the tied pub tenant to repair or maintain the premises to which the tenancy or licence relates, confirmation that, unless otherwise specified in the tenancy or licence, the requirement is to keep or maintain the premises in the condition set out in the Schedule of Condition.
