In the case of a tenancy—

(a)

whether the tenancy may be assigned or sold and, if so, the procedures which the tied pub tenant must follow to assign or sell the tenancy; and

(b)

the procedures which the pub-owning business must follow where the tied pub tenant makes a request to assign or sell the tenancy.
