# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 30: Payment of rent and deposits


In cases where damage to the premises to which the tenancy or licence relates impacts on the tied pub’s potential for trading, the pub-owning business’s policy in respect of the temporary suspension of—
(a) rent or money payable in lieu of rent; and
(b) minimum purchasing requirements under the tie.
