# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 6: The type of tenancy or licence


The length of the tenancy, licence or relevant tie agreement offered to the tied pub tenant by the pub-owning business, including the date on which the tenancy, licence or relevant tie agreement is to begin and the date on which it is to end (“the end-date”).
