Paragraph 1 Procedure

(1)

Quality Meat Scotland may determine its own procedure, and in particular it may–

(a)

determine a quorum;

(b)

appoint committees and sub-committees to advise it in the exercise of any of its functions;

(c)

determine the quorum and procedure of any of its sub-committees.

(2)

Any committee appointed under paragraph (1) may include members who are not members of Quality Meat Scotland.

(3)

Quality Meat Scotland may pay to committee members any expenses properly incurred by them in carrying out its business, and may pay such remuneration and allowances as may be determined by the Scottish Ministers.
