# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 19th July 2003.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Northern Ireland.
(3) In these Regulations “the 1976 Act” means the Race Relations Act 1976.
