Regulation 14 Other bodies

In section 12 of the 1976 Act (qualifying bodies)—

(a)

after subsection (1), insert—

“(1A)

It is unlawful for an authority or body to which subsection (1) applies, in relation to an authorisation or qualification conferred by it, to subject to harassment a person who holds or applies for such an authorisation or qualification.”; and

(b)

for subsection (3), substitute—

“(3)

Subsections (1) and (1A) do not apply to discrimination or harassment which is rendered unlawful by section 17 or 18.”.
