# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 17: Other bodies


In section 15 of the 1976 Act (Training Commission etc), in subsections (1) and (1A), after the word “discriminate”, insert “or to subject a person to harassment”.
