# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 21: Public authorities


In section 19C of the 1976 Act (exceptions or further exceptions from section 19B for judicial or legislative acts etc.), in subsection (3), for the words “falling within” substitute “excepted by”.
