# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 24: Harassment in provision of goods, facilities or services etc.


In section 22 of the 1976 Act (exception for small dwellings), in subsection (1), after the words “do not apply to”, insert “discrimination on grounds other than those of race or ethnic or national origins in either”.
