# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 33: Relationships which have come to an end


In section 34 of the 1976 Act (charities), after subsection (3), insert—
“(3A) subsection (2) (b) does not apply to an act which is unlawful, on grounds of race or ethnic or national origins, by virtue of section 4 or 7.”.
