# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 36: Relationships which have come to an end


In section 43 of the 1976 Act (establishment and duties of Commission), in subsection (1)(a), after the word “discrimination”, insert “and harassment”.
