# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 38: Relationships which have come to an end


In section 50 of the 1976 Act (power to obtain information), in subsection (2)(b)(i), for the words “discriminatory acts” substitute “acts of discrimination or harassment”.
