# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 4: Racial discrimination


In section 3 of the 1976 Act (meaning of “racial grounds”, “racial group” etc), in subsection (4), after the words “section 1(1)”, insert “or (1A)”.
