# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 44: Non-discrimination notices


In section 58 of the 1976 Act (issue of non-discrimination notice), in subsection (1), for the words “discriminatory act” substitute “act of discrimination or harassment”.
