# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 45: Other enforcement by CRE


In section 62 of the 1976 Act (persistent discrimination), in subsection (1)(b), for the words “discriminatory act” substitute “act of discrimination or harassment”.
