# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 48: Validity and revision of contracts


In section 72 of the 1976 Act (validity and revision of contracts), in subsection (2), after the words “unlawful discrimination against”, insert “or harassment of,”.
