# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 8: Exception for genuine occupational requirement


In section 5 of the 1976 Act (exceptions for genuine occupational qualifications), in subsection (1), after the words “racial discrimination”, insert “in cases where section 4A does not apply”.
