  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Assembly under Schedule 2, paragraph 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 and Article 69(3) of the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 for approval\nRace Relations\nMade May 2012\nComing into operation May 2012\nThe Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister, being a Department designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (“the Act”) in relation to discrimination, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Act and by Article 69(1)(b) of the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (“the Order”).\nIn accordance with Article 69(4) of the Order, the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister has consulted the Commission about the contents of the draft.\nIn accordance with Schedule 2, paragraph 3 of the Act and Article 69(3) of the Order, a draft of this Order was laid before, and approved by, a resolution of the Assembly.",
