  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 67(5A) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nDISABLED PERSONS\nTRANSPORT\nMade 2006\nComing into force 2006\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 47(1)(b), (1A)(a) and (4) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995\nIn accordance with section 47(3) of that Act he has consulted the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee and such other representative organisations as he considers likely to be affected by the Order.\nIn accordance with section 67(5A) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
