  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 (which amends the principal Order) shall have effect.\n(2) The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 4 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the second column of that Schedule.\n(3) The Rates (Industrial Hereditaments) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 (S.R. 1997 No. 80) is hereby revoked.\n(4) Without prejudice to Article 4(3), the Department may by regulations make such transitional or consequential provision, or such savings, as it considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of or in connection with the coming into operation of any provision of this Order.\n(5) Regulations under paragraph (4) shall be subject to negative resolution.",
