  "text": "(1) Amend Article 44 (other matters required or authorised to be entered in valuation list) as follows.\n(2) Omit paragraphs (1) and (2).\n(3) In paragraph (2A), for “valuation list” in each place where it occurs substitute “NAV list”.\n(4) After paragraph (2A) add the following paragraph—\n“(2B) References in paragraph (2A)(b) to the hereditament shall not include any part of the hereditament which is used for the purposes of a private dwelling.”.",
