  "text": "(1) Amend Article 60 (offences) as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1), for “59(1) or (2)” substitute “59”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)—\n(a) after “any person” insert “for the purpose of any application under this Order or”;\n(b) for “or 26, or in a return made under Article 59(1) or (2)” substitute “, 26 or 59”;\n(c) omit “to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or” and “, or to both”.",
