(a)

omit “by the district valuer” in both places where it occurs;

(b)

for “the valuation list” in both places where it occurs substitute “a valuation list”.

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

omit “of the Environment”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (a), for “that” substitute “the”.
