# The Rates (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, Paragraph 42


(1) Amend Schedule 6 (definitions of “material change of circumstances” and “the time of valuation”) as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph 2.
(3) In the heading to the Schedule—
(a) for “DEFINITIONS” substitute “DEFINITION”;
(b) omit “AND “THE TIME OF VALUATION””.
