  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament on 9th January 2019 and published on 9th January 2019 (ISBN 978-0-11-117803-4). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Regulations laid before Parliament under paragraphs 1(1) and 12(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nConsumer Protection\nEnvironmental Protection\nHealth And Safety\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.\nIn accordance with paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 4 to that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.\nIn accordance with paragraphs 1(1) and 12(1) of Schedule 7 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
