Paragraph 13 Chapter 1 of Title 2

Article 14 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, for “without prejudice to Article 4 of Directive 98/24/EC, a” substitute “A”.

In paragraph 5(b), for “Directive 76/768/EEC” substitute “Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products”.
