# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 14: Chapter 2 of Title 2


(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, omit “the Commission, the Agency and”.
(3) Omit paragraph 1.
(4) In paragraph 2, for “28” substitute “27”.
