# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 35: Chapter 2 of Title 6


(1) Article 45 is amended as follows.
(2) For the heading substitute “Evaluation of substances on the rolling action plan”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a) in the first sentence omit—
(i) “coordinating the substance evaluation process and”;
(ii) “Community”;
(b) omit the last two sentences.
(4) Omit paragraphs 2 to 5.
