  "text": "(1) Article 93 is amended as follows.\n(2) For the heading substitute “Change of decision where appeal made”.\n(3) For paragraph 1 substitute—\n“1. If—\n(a) an appeal against a decision is brought pursuant to Article 91, and\n(b) the Agency considers the appeal to be admissible and well founded,\nthe Agency may rectify the decision within the period of 30 days beginning with the day when the appeal is brought.”.\n(4) Omit paragraphs 2 to 4.",
