# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 17: Annex 17


In entries 16 (lead carbonates) and 17 (lead sulphates) in the table, in the second column—
(a) for “Member States may” substitute “the competent appropriate authority may, after having consulted the other appropriate authorities”;
(b) omit “on their territory”;
(c) omit the final sentence.
