# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 24: Annex 17


In entries 32 to 38 of the table (chloroform etc.), in the second column, in paragraph 2—
(a) for “Community provisions” substitute “legislation”;
(b) for point (a) substitute—
“(a) medicinal or veterinary medicinal products as defined by the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013 and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012;”;
(c) in point (b), for “Directive 76/768/EEC” substitute “Regulation 1223/2009”.
