# The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 30: Annex 17


(1) In entry 56 of the table (methylenediphenyl diisocyanate), the second column is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(a), for “Council Directive 89/686/EEC” substitute “Regulation (EU) 2016/425”.
(3) In paragraph 1(b)—
(a) omit “Community”;
(b) in the third indent, for “EN” substitute “BS EN”.
